Service Description
A workout at the beach while the waves come crashing in, what more can you ask for? This class focuses on total body strength with a mix of cardio which makes it a high intensity interval style workout. We ask everyone to bring a set of dumbbells (recommendation: women 8-15lbs and men 15-25lbs).
