Come join us for a non-stop incredibly motivating heart pumping workout consisting of body weight calisthenics, cardio with a good amount of hills or stairs, ab work and much more! We ask everyone to bring a set of dumbbells (recommendation: women 8-15lbs and men 15-25lbs).
