Kicks off January 1st, 2024 In an effort to motivate, inspire and hopefully empower, Joe Decker decided to come up with a fun & engaging 3 months worth of challenges with each completion building upon the next. He based it upon his training for the 24 Hour Guinness World Record as well as the SUCK events with a few modifications to make it more comprehensive and ‘fun.’ If you’re looking for a way to kick your fitness goals for 2024 in the a**, this will do just that. ***NOTE: There are 2 options to choose from when registering. The standard GUT CHECK Challenge (no equipment needed) & the more intense SUCK Challenge (backpack & 35lb sandbag needed). Both are challenging but very motivating. You pick your poison. Let's do this! Jan 1-Jan 30 - The 30 Day Challenge: 30 days with 3 miles per day + 30 reps of 3 exercises TBA (once you join and pay you start receiving announcements)
