About the event
The Gut Check 5k - All Terrain Run is part trail and mud run with a healthy dose of Mother Nature’s obstacles mixed in for fun. You’ll also find some hills, waterfalls, streams and boulders. Everyone can do it as long as you have the drive and determination to keep going, not quit and in the words of Joe Dirt, “keep on keepin’ on.“ Be sure to grab your family, friends, and coworkers and come join us for one of the most enjoyable events in Southern California.

This heat is for the competitive athletes out there that want to get after it and race the course! Sign up for this heat if you think you have what it takes to be King or Queen of the all terrain. *If you are between the ages of 8-12 - we ask that you participate in the Fun Run. *Please note that if you register after March 24th we cannot guarantee you will receive your preferred t-shirt size due to ordering deadline.

This heat is for the athletes out there that want to have fun and race the course as a team! The team must be at least 3 men, 3 women or 3 mixed. *If you are between the ages of 8-12 - we ask that you participate in the Fun Run. *Please note that if you register after March 24th we can not guarantee that you will receive your preferred t-shirt size due to the ordering deadline. We will certainly do our best to accommodate you!

This heat is for all of you athletes and weekend warriors out there that are more interested in having fun along the way than reaching the podium. *If you are between the ages of 8-12 - we ask that you have a parent/guardian run with you the entire time, due to the terrain. *Please note that if you register after March 24th we can not guarantee that you will receive your preferred t-shirt size due to the ordering deadline. We will certainly do our best to accommodate you!
