Happy New Year! Come join us for our Annual Gut Check Workout and Panda Bear Plunge in the Pacific Ocean. It's San Diego so we can't call it a Polar Bear Plunge but still an absolutely incredible way to kick off 2025. We'll start out with a killer Gut Check workout, followed by a brisk group dip plus photo (for social media of course) in the Ocean.
